Classes are aimed at improving the general physical fitness of athletes. The basis is passing the norms of GTO complex of I and II stages. In summer time, short and long distance running, long and high jumping, swimming, etc. are organized. In winter – ski crosses, wrestling, barbell, swimming and other sports. Mandatory morning exercises throughout the year.

  • Rules of the game. Organization and conduct of competitions.

Classes are held three times a week (together or separately for the first and second year groups)1. Sections 1, 2 and 3 are studied during the theoretical sessions of the first and second year groups, as well as during the practical sessions. Sections 4, 5, b and 7 are studied during practical classes. Credits are taken at special class sessions. In addition, athletes’ preparation is tested during practical sessions.

The physical training load of the second year is increased compared to the first year.

Technique of playing with hands: 1) moving with the ball on the field: 2) catching a high flying ball (face to the ball, back to the ball); 3) catching the ball flying to the player low in front; 4) catching the ball flying to the player low on the side; 5) catching the ball when throwing it in from the sideline; 6) catching the ball on the “mark”; 7) passing the ball with two hands; 8) passing the ball over the opponent’s head; 9) passing the ball with one hand (by any method); 10) passing the ball when grabbing; 11) picking up the ball lying on the ground while running.

Technique of playing with feet: 1) kick from the hands; 2) kick from a skoka from a place; 3) kick from the ground.

Grabbing the opponent: 1) running with the ball in a straight line and zigzags; 2) high grabbing the opponent.
